Service

FlakyLens is a diagnostic assistant for software test artifacts. It classifies failures, highlights evidence and suggests possible next actions. Diagnostic output is provided for review and may be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for validating every recommendation before changing source code, infrastructure or production systems.

Accounts and guest access

You may use local guest analysis without an account or sign in with Google to synchronize redacted results. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Plans and early access

Guest and Free limits are enforced as displayed in the product. Solo and Team pricing is currently offered for early-access validation. Unless the Pricing page explicitly states that Paddle Sandbox is enabled, requesting access does not create a subscription or charge a payment method. Paddle Sandbox cannot create a real charge. Live billing terms must be presented and accepted before any live payment mode is enabled.

Your content

You retain ownership of artifacts and text you provide. Do not submit content that you are not authorized to process. Raw uploaded artifacts are analyzed in the browser and are not intentionally stored by FlakyLens; optional feedback, contact messages and redacted cloud history are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Repository access is provided through a read-only GitHub App installation. You choose which repositories GitHub makes available and can revoke that access in GitHub settings. FlakyLens does not request permission to push commits, modify repository settings or create pull requests.

Acceptable use

Do not use FlakyLens to violate law, access systems without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or submit passwords, access tokens, private keys or other secrets.

Availability

FlakyLens is an early-stage service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, limits and availability may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Account data and termination

You can export or delete FlakyLens account data from the account menu. FlakyLens may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service or comply with legal obligations.
