FlakyLens analyzes uploaded artifacts in your browser. Raw files, filenames, stack traces, exception messages, source paths and report contents are not included in product analytics.
Identity and service providers
Google provides account authentication and shares only the verified email address, Google account identifier and profile name shown on the consent screen. FlakyLens does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or other Google account content. The application is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its underlying infrastructure providers.
Cloud history
When you sign in with Google, FlakyLens receives your verified email address, Google account identifier and profile name. FlakyLens stores a redacted diagnostic result so your history is available across devices. Raw uploaded files are not stored. Uploaded filenames and the complete application call path are removed before saving, and sensitive strings are masked again on the server. Retention depends on the active plan: Free keeps up to 10 analyses for 7 days, Solo up to 100 for 90 days, and Team up to 1,000 for one year.
FlakyLens also records the time of each completed signed-in analysis and the active entitlement to enforce plan quotas. These records contain no uploaded filenames, logs, stack traces, exception messages, or repository source code.
GitHub repositories
When you install the FlakyLens GitHub App, GitHub shares the installation identifier, account name, repository metadata and read-only repository contents that you explicitly make available. FlakyLens stores installation and selected-repository metadata, but does not store GitHub installation access tokens or repository source code. Short-lived installation tokens are created only when needed. You can disconnect an individual repository in FlakyLens and revoke repository access in GitHub settings.
When Paddle Sandbox billing is enabled, Paddle acts as the payment service provider for the Checkout and customer-portal experience. FlakyLens stores only the Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing-period end and webhook event identifiers needed to provision access and prevent duplicate processing. FlakyLens does not receive or store full payment-card details.
What may be collected after consent
Anonymous session identifier, guest or signed-in status, product action, detected format, diagnostic category and processing duration.
Feedback
Helpful or not-helpful selection, an optional reason and an optional comment are stored when you submit them. Do not include secrets or personal data in comments.
Contact messages
The Contact Us form stores the name you optionally provide, your reply email, selected subject and message. These fields are visible only in the private FlakyLens admin inbox. Do not include passwords, tokens, private logs or proprietary source code.
Control
You can delete one saved analysis or clear your complete cloud history from the History screen. The account menu lets you export your FlakyLens data or permanently delete all FlakyLens cloud history, repository connections, submitted feedback, signed-in contact messages and product events. Deleting FlakyLens data does not delete your Google or GitHub account and does not uninstall the GitHub App from GitHub. Guests can decline analytics and continue using local analysis; guest history and the analytics choice remain in the browser.
